10% Savings

It has been observed—and I have come to agree—that our current system of saving has never delivered anything truly significant. Instead, it has created a false belief that "these savings are my backup," along with a lingering fear that they might be wiped out in an emergency. This method of saving 10%—or any fixed percentage—has been promoted by two of my most respected mentors, Napoleon Hill and Bob Proctor. And while I believe it may be useful for those who are irresponsible with money or unable to control their desires, that usefulness is only temporary. It serves as a learning tool while they learn to manage their finances. But in the long run, this approach creates a false assumption: that the money you save is the source of your financial security—rather than the God who gave it, or the mind that worked for it. That is the first issue. The second issue is the constant fear that if something happens, this money will be gone. The third issue is that you become more focuse...

Three Mindsets, One Destiny - Visualizing Pakistan's Future

Image
"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve." Today, Pakistanis are divided between three distinct mindsets, and mark my words, two of them are actively writing their own destinies. 1) The Negative Mindset: This group believes in—and only sees—the doom of our country. To support this theory, they seize upon every negative sign they can find, even using theology to prove that we are heading for the most disgraceful and horrible end possible. They believe that success and prosperity can only come from what  they  consider to be the right way, and no other. They claim to respect difference of opinion, but in reality, they have no space for it. They will lash out with their tongues, and if they had the power, they would use their hands as well. Yet, they remain blind to what their own thinking has made of them. They also believe that the whole country shares their views and that they are the majority. These people will surely achieve what their minds have co...

The Salary You Don’t Find in Your Paycheck

Image
Most employees measure their worth only by the number printed on their pay slip. But the truth is — your real salary is far greater than what lands in your bank account. The way you approach your work, the skills you build, the habits you form, and the reputation you create are all parts of a hidden salary that will outlast any paycheck. Why Pay Alone Isn’t Enough If you work only for money, you cheat not just your employer — but yourself. Every day, you have the chance to sharpen your discipline, expand your knowledge, and stretch your abilities. That growth is worth far more than any temporary paycheck. Think of your work as a training ground. It’s not just about tasks, deadlines, or KPIs — it’s about building the foundation of who you are becoming. A poor attitude, careless shortcuts, or just “doing the minimum” weakens your own character more than it harms the company. The Hidden Salary What exactly is this hidden salary? It comes in many forms: Skills — Every task...

A Holistic Approach to Insulin Resistance: Exploring the Link Between Fat Accumulation, Glucose Levels, and Personalized Metformin Dosage

Abstract: This paper explores the physiological and behavioral patterns observed over a 25-year period in an individual managing insulin resistance and associated weight gain. It investigates the disconnect between normal postprandial glucose readings and persistent fat accumulation, highlighting the role of underlying insulin resistance. Observations of metformin extended-release (XR) dosing strategies are discussed, particularly how subjective and objective metrics inform optimal dosage. The study also underscores the need for individualized treatment approaches that prioritize insulin sensitivity over glucose control alone. 1. Introduction Insulin resistance (IR) is a metabolic condition wherein cells in muscles, fat, and liver become less responsive to insulin, resulting in impaired glucose uptake and increased fat storage. While hyperglycemia is commonly used to diagnose metabolic dysfunction, many individuals with IR maintain normal blood glucose readings while still ex...

Cravings of the Ego and Workplace Romance

Image
In every human being—regardless of gender, status, or intellect—there exists an animal instinct . It is ancient, primal, and deeply wired into our subconscious. No matter how educated or spiritually evolved we may appear, these ego-driven desires do not vanish ; they merely wear refined masks. Often, they emerge at the most unexpected places—one of which is the workplace. The ego craves connection , validation, appreciation, authority, and admiration. These are intangible needs that, when unfulfilled, silently manifest into emotional and physical ailments: chronic stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, and even unexplained fatigue. Most dangerously, they can open doors to romantic entanglements in the workplace —often not physical at first, but emotionally charged, and highly volatile. The Unspoken Dynamics Society tends to sanctify workplaces as professional and emotionally sterile spaces. But the truth is that the workplace is one of the most fertile environments for unmet desires...

Why Businesses and Startups Fail?

Image
Many people pour their heart and soul into building a business or startup, only to watch it collapse. Naturally, they ask: Why did it fail? The answer isn’t complicated, but the fear of truth often makes it seem so. The truth is simple: Most businesses fail because they do not follow best practices. What are best practices?
