Chapter Two : Awareness
Urdu-Hindi Version 🠟
Introduction to Awareness
The Importance of Hadayat
There is no blessing greater than Hadayat, or Guidance.
What is Hadayat?
Hadayat, or Awareness, means attaining and implementing knowledge to gain success by avoiding failure and going astray. Many people fail to create success because they don’t realize that it’s not a direct product. Rather, success is a byproduct of avoiding everything that leads to failure or confusion.
Key points:
- Going astray: Refers to heading in the wrong direction, not knowing where to go, or procrastination.
- Success: A truly successful person is someone who is happily living the life they desire.
"Success is not to be measured by the results but by the resolve."
Success Without Awareness
No matter how much money you have, how much love you find, or how much a medicine restores your health, without awareness, these results will only offer temporary relief.
Acres of Diamonds Story (Russell Conwell)
Let me share the famous story of Acres of Diamonds by Russell Conwell, which perfectly illustrates the importance of awareness:
There was once a wealthy farmer, Ali Hafed, who lived in Africa. He was content and rich because he was satisfied with his life. One day, a priest visited him and told him about the beauty and wealth that diamonds could bring. Ali Hafed went to bed that night feeling discontented, longing for diamonds, and decided to sell his farm to travel the world in search of riches.
Ali Hafed wandered through many lands but found no diamonds and, in the end, lost all his wealth and died penniless.
Meanwhile, the man who bought his farm one day discovered a sparkling stone in a stream that ran through the property. It was a diamond. Later, it was revealed that Ali Hafed's farm sat on top of one of the largest diamond mines in the world.
The moral of the story is that often we are unaware of the treasures we already have. Without awareness, we may search far and wide for success, not realizing that the opportunities are right beneath our feet.
Just like Ali Hafed, many people have all the resources for success around them but lack the awareness to recognize them. This story emphasizes that success without awareness is temporary, and true prosperity comes only when you are aware of and utilize the resources already available to you.
Gaining Awareness
How can you gain awareness?
- Know that you need awareness – This has already been established through this course.
- Willingness to change – If you don’t have something yet, it’s because you don’t deserve it yet. To have what you want, you must be willing to change.
- Know what you want and why – You must have a strong reason and be sure that it's truly what you want.
- Undying resolve – You must be determined and committed to achieving your goals.
- Know every detail about what you want – Understanding the specifics of your goal is crucial.
- Know the ways to attain your goals – Review all possible options to reach success.
- Maintain your success – Once you have achieved your goal, knowing how to sustain it is essential.
Though these steps may seem overwhelming, this course will guide you through the process. Remember, sometimes we don’t fully know what we want until we start learning, and then divine guidance reveals more information.
Closing Thoughts
Until next time, this is Mubashir saying:
“Ignorance is a crime for which the punishment is misery.”
Chapter Three : Law of Vibration
Introduction to Quantum Physics
Quantum physics is the branch of science that deals with the behavior of extremely tiny particles, such as atoms and subatomic particles like electrons and photons. It forms the foundation for understanding the nature of matter and energy at a microscopic level and is behind the development of many modern technologies, such as radios, televisions, and cell phones. It also led to the discovery of nuclear technology.
Key Concept:
Atoms are both matter and energy, and they can change forms into one another. This is central to understanding the Law of Vibration.
What is the Law of Vibration?
Now that you understand the basics of quantum physics, let's explore how it influences your success or failure in life.
- Everything in the universe is made of energy, and energy is constantly moving. This movement is called vibration, and it is measured in frequency.
- Energy never stays still; it is always in motion. If you were to look at your hand through a powerful microscope, you'd see tiny particles of energy moving constantly.
The Three Types of Particles:
- Protons: Positively charged particles.
- Electrons: Negatively charged particles.
- Neutrons: Neutral particles that act as stabilizers.
Neutrons can transform into both protons and electrons, depending on the situation.
The Observer Effect
Here’s where it gets even more interesting:
The Observer Effect suggests that the movement of energy particles changes based on the observer's will. In other words, the observer—be it the Great Observer, God, or Infinite Intelligence—determines the frequency in which the particles vibrate.
This means that you have the ability to influence the energy around you. Your thoughts, as the observer, shape the vibrations of the energy in your environment.
Energy: The Infinite Power
Energy is indestructible. It cannot be created or destroyed, but it is constantly moving and changing forms. This energy is present everywhere, and it is not limited by space or time.
Many believe that this continuous, omnipresent energy is synonymous with God or Infinite Intelligence—the ultimate source of all existence.
The Human Soul and Energy
Among all the creatures in the universe, only humans have the unique power to imagine, invent, and create. This creative ability is due to the energy within them, often referred to as the soul.
The soul is a form of energy that partially exits the body during sleep and completely leaves at the time of death. Modern body and mind scan technologies have made it possible to observe this energy, proving that it constantly moves and attracts similar energies.
The Power of Thought: You Are the Observer
You are the observer of your thoughts. The world you perceive and imagine in your mind is the result of your thoughts.
- Positive thoughts generate positive energy, like protons.
- Negative thoughts generate negative energy, like electrons.
- Neutrons, like your state of mind, maintain and stabilize the balance.
Law of Vibration in Action
Your emotions and state of mind have a direct impact on the energy that surrounds you:
Anger: If you feel angry, you attract more situations that cause unrest or pain. This might manifest as further angry situations, or it could take another form, such as illness or accidents.
Happiness: If you feel happy, you attract more situations that bring pleasure and peace. This could manifest as delightful surprises, such as your favorite meal, an unexpected vacation, or even a promotion.
In essence, you attract what you believe you can achieve. Your constant thoughts create the energy that shapes your reality.
Closing Thoughts
Until next time, this is Mubashir saying:
“You attract what you believe you can achieve.”
Chapter Four : How Your Mind Works
- Conscious Mind, Subconscious Mind, and The Body Mind
"Your Life Today is the Total of Your Thoughts Till Date"- Quote
Why is This Important to Learn?
Understanding how the mind works is the key to unlocking the power of your thoughts. Once I understood how my mind worked, I was able to control my thoughts, stop involuntary negative vibrations caused by lack of awareness, and design my life.
Often, we know what's right but still do the opposite. By the end of today’s lesson, you will understand why change is difficult, and yet very easy once you apply the right techniques.
What is the Mind?
The mind is something no one has ever seen. You can see the brain, but you cannot see the mind. Think of the mind as software and the brain as the hardware. You can see the brain physically, but the mind's work is invisible.
There are theories that suggest the mind may even operate outside the body, controlled by the soul. Regardless, its function remains the same—whether inside or outside the body.
How the Mind Works
The brain is divided into two minds:
- Conscious Mind
- Subconscious Mind
There is also a third hidden mind:
3. Body Mind
Conscious Mind
The Conscious Mind is your alert, active mind. It’s what you use to make decisions, learn new things, and reason through problems. It operates through thoughts and is only active about 5% of the time throughout the day.
- Time traveler: It moves between the past, present, and future.
- Reasoning ability: Helps us decide what is right or wrong.
- Input through senses: The conscious mind receives information through the five senses, creates thoughts, and sends them to the subconscious mind for emotional association and storage.
Synthetic Thoughts (Imagination)
Every word we speak creates an image in our mind. This image can be real or synthetic (made-up). In our imagination, we can create anything—even the impossible. Imagination can be driven by ideal thoughts or by environmental observation.
Subconscious Mind
The Subconscious Mind works behind the scenes, based on habits and perceptions formed by repeated thoughts. It also governs the autonomic nervous system and stores all memories. Unlike the conscious mind, the subconscious mind is active 100% of the time and lives in the present, with no concept of past or future.
- Processes information at 20 million bits per second, far faster than the conscious mind’s 400 bits per second.
- It cannot differentiate between right and wrong, which makes it important to monitor what thoughts you feed into it.
Subconscious Mind and 5 Senses
The subconscious mind relies on the conscious mind to define the experiences coming through the five senses. If not defined by the conscious mind, it will record information with a suitable emotional association, whether good or bad.
This is why your physical and virtual environments have a significant impact on your mental state:
- Physical environment: Being around critical people makes you critical.
- Virtual environment: Watching shows full of tension can make you feel anxious or sad, and this feeling persists even after the show is over.
Subconscious Mind and Imagination
The subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between real and imagined events. This means that if you imagine yourself vividly doing something, to your subconscious, it is as if it actually happened. This is why your thoughts are so powerful, and positive thinking can have a direct effect on your body and mind.
The Body Mind
Did you know that a child’s heart develops before the brain? This is because body organs have brain cells that help them function even without active brain control. The body mind is totally submissive to the commands of the subconscious mind.
When the conscious and subconscious minds are in conflict, the body mind also becomes disrupted, leading to physical diseases.
Gut Bacteria and the Gut-Brain Connection
The gut, or gastrointestinal tract, is home to around 35 trillion bacteria, fungi, and viruses. These microscopic organisms are vital for digestion, vitamin synthesis, and mineral absorption.
But they also produce hormones and neurotransmitters that influence the entire body, including feelings and commands sent to the brain. The gut-brain connection means that your gut bacteria can sometimes take over the role of your subconscious brain.
Example: Gut bacteria can trigger cravings, which are often survival-driven reactions.
The Hell Loop
When your body gets addicted to a certain hormone (like stress hormones), it creates a vicious cycle. For example, if you are addicted to stress, your body will crave stress hormones. When this happens, your subconscious mind will create thoughts that generate stressful emotions, and the cycle continues—mind to body and body to mind.
Solution:
The conscious mind can break this cycle by deliberately creating and practicing positive thoughts, though this requires dedication, especially when someone hits rock bottom.
The Ego (Nafs)
The Ego is often misunderstood. Many scholars have labeled it as evil, but God never defined it that way. The ego is the automatic communication between the subconscious mind and the body mind, shaped by your conscious thinking.
Though the ego is stronger than the conscious mind—due to the combined power of the subconscious mind and gut bacteria—you can still change it by changing your conscious thinking patterns.
Closing Thoughts
Until next time, this is Mubashir saying:
“You always feed your ego with your thoughts, so feed it well."
Chapter Five : Understanding Desire
The Composition of Life
"A Man Without Desire is Dead" - Quote
Desire: The Driving Force
Desire, like Ego, is often misunderstood. Many religious scholars have mistakenly taught that all desires are evil and should not be followed. However, the reality is that desire itself is not evil. A desire becomes harmful only when it causes harm to you or others. Otherwise, it is your driving force, the reason you wake up in the morning and strive to achieve more.
If we remove desire from life, there would be no reason to live. In fact, the Holy Quran says:
"You cannot desire anything that God does not desire for you." (81:29)
This means that good desires come from God. They are planted in your heart because they are meant to be fulfilled. If they are not fulfilled, they become a continuous source of dissatisfaction in your life.
Components of Life
Life is composed of four essential components:
- Love
- Wealth
- Health
- Belief
It would be childish to claim that one is more important than the others. A lack in any of these areas leads to suffering in your entire life. When you experience a deficiency in love, wealth, or health, the fourth component—belief— plays a crucial role in filling the gap until you can create abundance in these areas. If you lack belief, it can only be regained through gaining the appropriate knowledge, which is why knowledge is often referred to as "power."
Desires and Their Importance
1. Love
Desire for love is a natural and fundamental aspect of human existence. Whether it's romantic love, familial love, or friendship, love fulfills the need for connection and emotional well-being. Love nurtures your spirit and provides the emotional support necessary to thrive.
The role of belief in love:
Belief plays an essential role in attracting and maintaining love in your life. If you believe that you are worthy of love and that love is available to you, you will open yourself to receiving it. Conversely, a lack of belief in your worthiness can create emotional barriers that prevent you from experiencing the love you desire.
2. Wealth
The desire for wealth is often misinterpreted as greed, but wealth represents more than just material riches. Wealth provides security, freedom, and the ability to contribute to others. It enables you to live the life you want, pursue your passions, and help those around you.
The role of belief in wealth:
Your beliefs about money and abundance directly influence your ability to attain wealth. If you believe that money is scarce or that you are undeserving of financial prosperity, your thoughts and actions will reflect that. However, by believing that wealth is abundant and available, you attract opportunities and resources that lead to financial success.
3. Health
The desire for health is essential because good health is the foundation for living a fulfilling life. When you are healthy, you have the energy and vitality to pursue your other desires, whether they are related to love, wealth, or personal development.
The role of belief in health:
Belief plays a critical role in maintaining and improving your health. Many studies have shown that the placebo effect—believing that you will get better—can significantly impact healing and recovery. Believing in your body's ability to heal and maintain good health can lead to healthier choices and positive outcomes in your well-being.
4. Belief
Belief is the invisible force that supports your desires for love, wealth, and health. Without belief, even the strongest desires may not manifest because belief is the engine that drives your actions. It gives you the confidence to take risks, pursue opportunities, and maintain your resolve even in the face of obstacles.
The Role of Belief in Attaining Desires
Belief is the foundation upon which all desires are built. It serves as the fuel for your actions and the bridge between your thoughts and reality. When your beliefs align with your desires, you create a powerful force that moves you toward achieving them.
- Belief in Love: Attracts relationships that nurture and fulfill you.
- Belief in Wealth: Opens doors to financial success and prosperity.
- Belief in Health: Strengthens your ability to heal and maintain wellness.
When there is a lack in any of these areas, belief helps you navigate through the difficult times, giving you the strength and patience to continue your journey.
Closing Thoughts
Until next time, this is Mubashir saying:
“Desire itself is not evil; the means to achieve it can be good or bad.”
Chapter Six : Importance of Goals
How to Set Them
"Without Goals, You Are Astray" - Quote
Where You Stand and Where You Want to Go
Now that we’ve discussed the importance of knowledge in life, it's equally important to understand what kind of knowledge we need. To do that, you must clearly define two things:
- Your Current Position in Life
- Your Goals
Without understanding where you are, you will not know how to navigate toward where you want to be.
Being Lost in the Forest
Imagine you are a soldier parachuted in the middle of a dense forest on a clouded night. The trees tower around you, the moon offers no light, and you don’t have any immediate landmarks. You don’t know which way to go, and every direction seems equally dark and uncertain. You might be tempted to start walking, but without knowing your current position, you risk heading in the wrong direction, away from safety.
This story illustrates a critical truth:
You need to know where you are before you can set off toward where you want to go. Otherwise, you may end up lost, wandering further away from your destination. The same applies in life—if you don’t assess your current situation before setting goals, you might find yourself moving in the wrong direction.
The Importance of Setting Goals
Without a goal in life, you are just like the soldier lost in the forest—adrift and uncertain. Goals provide direction, purpose, and motivation. If you don’t know what your goals are, don’t worry. The problem is that most people have never taken the time to think about what they truly want.
As one famous scientist once said when asked what he believed was wrong with people today:
"They don’t think."
Can You Set Any Goal and Then Achieve It?
You might be wondering, "Is it really possible to set any goal and achieve it?" The answer is both yes and no. Not all goals are achievable—only the goals that you deeply desire can be realized. Once you understand what your deepest desires are, you will also understand why others might not achieve the same results using the same methods. This is because everyone’s desires are different.
For example:
- Some people care deeply about wealth, while others only seek enough to live comfortably.
- Some people are passionate about love, while others do not crave it as much.
- Some want an athletic body, while others are content with basic health.
Types of Goals
There are three types of goals:
The North Star
This is the kind of goal that excites you and scares you at the same time. Achieving it would feel nothing short of a miracle. While you don’t know exactly how to achieve it, this goal fills you with enormous willpower.Conformity
This goal is achievable through hard work and a little bit of luck. It’s the kind of goal that, if attained, would earn you the label of "successful" in society. You have strong willpower toward this goal but not as much as the North Star.Compromise
This is a goal that you set based on what others expect from you. In this case, other people set the goal for you, and your willpower is generally weak because it’s not something that you truly desire.
Finding Out Your Goals
Many people advise you to set goals, but very few explain how to do it. That’s what makes this course unique—it teaches you how to set the right goals for yourself.
There are three main categories for goal setting in life:
- Relationship Goals
- Financial Goals
- Health Goals
In order to set goals, you need to reflect on what you truly desire in these areas.
Relationship Goals: Describe Your Desired Relationship
Think back as far as you can and consider the type of person who has always attracted you. Whether you've seen this person in real life or on TV, write down every detail. This is the beginning of clarifying your relationship goals.
- Appearance: What do you find attractive? (e.g., height, weight, hair, etc.)
- Personality: What kind of demeanor attracts you? (e.g., funny, serious, etc.)
- Love and Care: How much love and care do you expect and give in return?
- Habits: What kind of habits do you want in a partner?
- Religious Beliefs: Do these matter to you?
Now, also consider what you are willing to give in return. Write down all the ways you are ready to support, love, and care for your partner.
Financial Goals: Describe Your Desired Wealth
Write down your financial goals by answering these questions:
- How much money feels like "enough" for you?
- What kind of house or car do you want?
- What would you do with your wealth?
Once you've listed your desires, note all the things you’re willing to do to achieve these goals. Are you willing to work extra hours, attend seminars, or get a better job?
Health Goals: Describe Your Desired Health
Write down your health goals by answering these questions:
- What is your ideal body weight and shape?
- What level of physical activity do you want?
- Why do you want to improve your health?
After describing your health goals, list everything you’re willing to do—like making healthier nutritional choices or starting a workout routine—to achieve them.
What Are You Willing to Do?
Regardless of your goals, there are common actions that will help you achieve them. These include:
- Willingness to change
- Daily meditation
- Undying belief in your success
- Loving yourself and radiating positivity
- Reading and attending seminars on personal development
- Eliminating negativity from your life
These actions will help you develop the belief that is crucial to attaining your goals, no matter how big or small they may be.
Closing Thoughts
Until next time, this is Mubashir saying:
“In attaining your goals, you will clearly see your purpose in life.”
Chapter Seven : Reprogramming for Success
Prayers, Meditations & Repetition
"No Religion is Evil, Only Misinterpreted"- Quote
The Power of Repetition
In all religions, the power of repetition is emphasized, particularly in the form of prayers and meditation. Repetition is a tool for self-suggestion and self-conditioning, consciously used through:
- Affirmations: Implanting thoughts in the subconscious mind through words.
- Body Movement: Embedding thoughts in muscle memory.
- Breathing Exercises: Relaxing the mind and body, making them more receptive to suggestions.
- Visualization: Creating a synthetic experience to simulate the desired outcome.
Through repetition, the conscious mind repeatedly focuses on a thought until it becomes implanted in the subconscious as perception or knowing.
Example: Reading a Book
When you read a book multiple times, you internalize its lessons. Similarly, repetition in affirmations and meditations helps to implant new beliefs in your subconscious mind, shaping your reality.
Staying on Track
You’ve probably experienced moments of intense motivation—like attending a seminar or watching an inspiring video—that lead to positive actions and results. But often, over time, you fall back into old habits.
An example from the Muslim community is Ramadan. During this time, people fast, pray, and give to charity, but after Ramadan ends, they slowly return to their previous routines. The same applies to starting an exercise regimen; after a few weeks of commitment, a small disruption can lead to a complete abandonment of the routine.
So, what goes wrong?
Why Do We Lose Motivation?
The issue is that the thought behind the action was not maintained. While the action was started, the motivation (the thought) driving it disappeared over time.
This brings us to an important concept:
"To maintain an activity, you need to maintain the thought behind it."
And the only way to maintain a thought is through repetition.
The Effects of Prayers and Meditations
Every religion includes some form of prayer or meditation, but often, the true purpose of prayer is forgotten. People focus more on external divine intervention than on personal development.
Prayers and meditations consist of affirmations, physical postures, breathing techniques, and visualizations. When these are repeated, they help reprogram the subconscious mind, shifting your perception of the world and adjusting your vibration frequency.
Reprogramming Through Meditation
Meditation is a conscious act of creating emotions and feelings according to your desires. It involves:
- Repeating affirmations
- Moving the body rhythmically or remaining still
- Practicing controlled breathing
- Visualizing a desired outcome
When you do this repeatedly, you create an image in your mind, which in turn influences your emotions, leading to the corresponding feelings.
As the subconscious mind cannot differentiate between what is real and what is imagined, it accepts the images you create during meditation as real. This is why saying "I am healthy" while vividly imagining yourself healthy allows the subconscious mind to begin conditioning your body accordingly.
Error in Prayers
The subconscious mind exists in the eternal now, meaning that it does not recognize past or future. Therefore, when you say, "I want something," it registers as a state of lack. If you continue to pray from a place of want, you are effectively asking to remain in a state of wanting.
However, if you pray for something once, visualize having it repeatedly, and believe without doubt that it is yours, that image will gradually override your current reality. This is why some people report miraculous results when praying in languages they do not understand—the absence of negative imagery in their minds, combined with strong belief, leads to the fulfillment of their desires.
The Perfect Prayer
The perfect prayer is one backed by strong belief and doubtless expectation. If you are praying for money, for example, you must hold an image of having money in your mind, rather than seeing yourself broke.
A method many successful people use is to pray for something once, then give thanks for receiving it. This approach reflects their belief that their request has been heard, and now all the necessary steps are being set in motion for their desire to manifest.
Example: Planting a Tree
Consider the process of planting a tree:
- The seed represents your prayer.
- Belief is the knowledge that it will grow.
- Your job is to water it (through gratitude) and protect it from harm (by keeping doubt away).
Just as a seed takes time to grow, your desires require nurturing and protection from negative thoughts.
Example: Asking for a Raise
When you ask your boss for a raise, and they nod in agreement, you thank them and expect to see the extra money in your next paycheck. In the same way, after praying, you should believe that your request has been accepted and expect your desire to manifest.
God has communicated this message in various ways across religious scriptures, as in "Ask and you shall be given." Just as you wouldn’t keep asking your boss for the raise after they’ve already agreed, it’s unnecessary to keep repeating the same prayer to God.
Instead, thankfulness can be repeated endlessly, fostering a sense of gratitude and fulfillment.
Praying for Others
When you pray for someone else, it is a noble act that blesses you first because the blessing passes through you. The stronger your feelings, the stronger the results of your prayer. However, the same applies to negative feelings—cursing someone can backfire, as the curse passes through you first.
For example, if you are praying for someone’s health, pray once and then thank God repeatedly for their healing, imagining them in perfect health.
But beware of the backfire: if you keep praying for someone’s health while picturing them sick, the negative image may affect you or a loved one.
Closing Thoughts
Until next time, this is Mubashir saying:
“God does not need your prayers; you need prayers to keep your head straight.”
Chapter Eight : Mindful Manifestation
Mastering Meditation for Success
"Prayers Can Change Destiny"- Quote
Task #1: Write Your Goals
Take a journal or use an app to write down your goals in the present tense. This helps your subconscious mind accept these goals as reality. For example, for a perfect relationship, you could write:
"I’m so happy now that God has blessed me with a beautiful, loving wife. She loves every part of me, and I love every part of her. We are best friends, highly compatible, and we take care of each other with love and respect."
Similarly, write down your financial and health goals in the same manner.
Task #2: Create a Goal Card
Take a small card (like a business card) and write down your North Star desire. On the back, write a verse from the Quran, Bible, or any other quote that inspires you and strengthens your belief.
- Front: "I’m so thankful that I have [Your Desire]."
- Back:
"Your Lord has said, 'Pray to Me, and I shall answer your prayers.'" (Quran 40:60)
OR
"Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." (Bible: Luke 11:9-10)
Laminate this card, carry it with you, and read it several times a day, especially when you’re feeling down.
Task #3: Meditation for Success
Sit in a relaxed position (on a prayer mat, armchair, or wherever possible). Say the following affirmations:
- My whole body is relaxed now.
- I am at peace now.
- God is in my heart.
- God loves me.
- I love God, and I love everything He has created, including myself.
- Everything God has created loves me.
- I pray to the One and Only God.
- I wish the best for everyone.
- I rejoice in everyone’s success and happiness.
- God is leading me on a straight and easy path toward my desires and His will, which are One and the same: Ultimate Success.
- He saves me from failure and going astray. Amen.
Next, visualize and state your three primary goals as if they are already achieved:
"I’m thankful that you have given me forever Hadayat, my beloved, financial freedom, and perfect health. Amen."
Read these affirmations:
- Once upon waking up
- Once during the day
- Once before bed (if you forget, just do it as soon as you remember)
Try to visualize the reality of these statements each time. The more you visualize, the more powerful the manifestation.
Task #4: Repetition
To ensure success, watch each lesson at least three times before moving on to the next video. Even after you’ve made significant progress, listen to the lessons at least once a week to keep yourself motivated and aligned.
What is Manifestation?
Manifestation is the process by which your thoughts (energy) are converted into their physical equivalents (matter). It’s when your imagined thoughts appear in your physical, five-sense reality.
Tips for Manifestation
- Stay relaxed and happy: Positive visualization is key to success. Use meditation to stay in this state of mind.
- Meditate at least 3 times a day (5 times is even better).
- Break through the resistance: When meditation feels difficult, that’s when it’s most important.
- Become today who you will be once you’ve achieved your goals.
- Avoid anything that brings negative emotions—whether it’s videos, music, people, or activities.
- If you slip, don’t be hard on yourself. Simply refocus and get back on track.
- Carry your goal card with you, and look at it often—especially when feeling low.
Manifesting Love
- Become the person you want to be in the presence of your beloved, and you’ll attract them.
- Love yourself the way you want to be loved. This will align your vibration with your partner’s.
- Meditate daily, imagining your ideal relationship as already fulfilled.
- Use your imagination to spend time with your partner (e.g., going for walks, having dinner together).
- Visualize sleeping together: As you drift off to sleep, imagine your partner next to you. This last conscious thought will resonate with your subconscious all night, bringing them closer to you.
- Seek guidance and mentorship to stay motivated during this process.
Manifesting Wealth
- Become today the person you’ll be when you’ve achieved financial success.
- Go the extra mile in your work—do more than you’re paid for.
- Avoid dishonesty: Don’t steal, cheat, or take shortcuts.
- Respect your time: Work diligently, avoid unnecessary breaks, and don’t waste time at the office.
- Praise others for their success and be happy for them.
- Don’t spend time with people who constantly talk about lack or poverty.
- Meditate daily, visualizing your ideal financial state.
- Use your imagination: Picture yourself spending and enjoying your wealth.
- Be thankful for your bills—see them as a sign of abundance, and believe that God will provide.
- Give 10% of your income to charity and save another 10%.
- Seek mentorship to stay motivated and on track.
Manifesting Health
- Never call yourself fat or sick.
- When negative thoughts about your health arise, take out your goal card and say your affirmations.
- If you slip on your diet or exercise, don’t punish yourself. Just say, "I’ll do better next time."
- Avoid negative company that reminds you of your health issues.
- Stand in front of the mirror and call yourself beautiful.
- Use images of your desired body as wallpapers on your phone or computer.
- Watch sports or activities that align with the body type you want.
- Only discuss your health with motivators, not sympathizers.
Final Thoughts on Manifestation
The end goal of all the knowledge you’ve gained is to feel good and attract good. As the Bible says:
"For to everyone who believes, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not believe, even what he has will be taken away." (Matthew 25:29)
In the Quran:
"Ask and you shall be given." (Quran Surah Hajj Ayat 15)
Remember, the Law of Attraction is like the Law of Gravity—it does not take sides, and there are no exceptions. It is a universal principle set by God.
